Terms & Conditions
HIRED TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. A HIRED TRANSPORTATION REQUEST MAY BE EITHER A “STANDAND
REQUEST” OR A “RESERVED REQUEST.” A RESERVED REQUEST IS
MADE BY CLIENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK-UP AND
ACCEPTED BY SUNCREST EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION LLC
(“SUNCREST”). A STANDARD REQUEST IS ALL OTHER REQUESTS.
2. A STANDARD REQUEST IS EFFECTIVE UPON ACCEPTANCE BY
SUNCREST.
3. CLIENT MUST SCHEDULE A RESERVED REQUEST AT LEAST 24
HOURS PRIOR TO THE PICK-UP TIME, AND IT IS EFFECTIVE UPON
ACCEPTANCE BY SUNCREST.
4. IF CLIENT REQUIRES ANY CORRECTIONS TO A RESERVED REQUEST,
CLIENT MUST NOTIFY AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED
PICK-UP TIME OF THE RESERVATION. SUCH CORRECTIONS SHALL BE
EFFECTIVE UPON ACCEPTANCE BY SUNCREST.
5. CLIENT MAY CANCEL A RESERVED REQUEST BY NOTIFYING
SUNCREST AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP
TIME. IN SUCH EVENT, CLIENT SHALL PAY A $20.00 CANCELATION FEE.
IF CLIENT CANCELS LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED
PICK-UP TIME, CLIENT SHALL PAY THE ENTIRE FARE.
6. IN ALL EVENTS CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO BE READY AT
DESIGNATED PICK-UP LOCATION PRIOR TO SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME.
A NO SHOW OR MISSED CAR SERVICE MAY BE APPLIED AFTER THE
GRACE PERIOD OF 5 MINUTES HAS PASSED AND CLIENT WILL BE
BILLED IN FULL. WAIT TIMES MAY BE AVAILABLE, IF NEEDED, AND WILL
BE CHARGED $1.00 PER MINUTE.
7. CLIENT SHALL PAY THE FARE AT COMMENCEMENT OF THE RIDE BY
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, VENMO OR CASH. CHECKS SHALL NOT BE
ACCEPTABLE. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
8. SUNCREST IS NOT LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF MECHANICAL
BREAKDOWN WHILE ON CHARTER.
9. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, SMOKING, VAPING, OR CONSUMPTION OF
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES IS PROHIBITED IN VEHICLE.
10. CLIENT ASSUMES FULL FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO
THE VEHICLE CAUSED DURING THE DURATION OF RENTAL BY THEM
OR ANY MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY.
11. DAMAGE FEES: CLIENT SHALL PAY SUNCREST ALL DAMAGES
RELATED TO VOMITING, SMOKING, BREAKAGE OF WINDOWS,
HANDLES, ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS OR OTHER PARTS OF THE
VEHICLE. SUCH DAMAGES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO,
CLEANING COSTS, LOSS OF USE OF SUNCREST’S VEHICLE DURING
CLEANING, AND ALL OTHER REPLACEMENT COSTS. SUCH DAMAGES
SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF $500.
12. CLIENT SHALL PAY SUNCREST FOR EACH MINUTE BEYOND THE
PREARRANGED TIME STATED ON THE TRIP SHEET, $______ PER
MINUTE.
13. SUNCREST IS NOT FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR CLIENT’S MISSED
ENGAGEMENTS.
14. SUNCREST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR RUN
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO DRIVING CONDITIONS (I.E. HEAVY
SNOW/RAIN, ACCIDENTS, TRAFFIC, ETC.).
15. SUNCREST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE.
16. SUNCREST’S VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING
CAPACITY.
17. SUNCREST’S DRIVER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND IF THERE IS BLATANT
INDISCRETION ON THE PART OF THE CLIENT(S).
18. CLIENT SHALL PAY SUNCREST THE FULL FARE PRICE IF CLIENT IS A
NO SHOW OR A MISSED CAR SERVICE.
19. IN THE RARE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT SUNCREST MUST CANCEL A
RESERVATION IN ADVANCE OF PICK-UP FOR ANY REASON, THEN
SUNCREST SHALL ISSUE CLIENT A FULL REFUND OF ANY MONEY PAID
TO SUNCREST.
20. BY MAKING A PAYMENT TO SUNCREST, CLIENT AGREES TO BE
BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WAIVES ALL
REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY SIGNATURES. BY SUNCREST’S
ACCEPTANCE AND RECEIPT OF ANY PAYMENT FROM CLIENT,
SUNCREST AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AND WAIVES ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY SIGNATURES.
